Westland Seeds is a pepper breeding company. Our breeding program focuses on the development of new pepper varieties - from the sweetest to the hottest. In combination with our global distribution network we sell our seeds all over the world.

We are looking for a seed packing employee for our location in De Lier.

On this position you are responsible for packing pepper seeds and completing orders. You will be involved in the automatic counting and manual packing of seeds according to the our standards.

In addition, you are involved in:

• Operating the printing machines in order to print the layouts on the packaging
• Administrative handling of orders
• Keeping your own department neat
• Improvement actions

During busy periods your tasks may slightly vary. This depends on demand in other departments.

What would we like to see in you: you are accurate and enjoy working in a structured manner and according to a standard. You are also open to innovation and enjoy contributing to improvements within the department. In addition, we can find the following on your resume:

• MBO working and thinking level
• Experience with computers
• Proficiency in the English or Dutch language
